The Adonea Metro District Clubhouse is available for rental to all Adonea Metro District residents, owner or tenant.
Download the “Clubhouse Waiver” and upload the document at checkout, with your reservation below.

Two long rectangular table with 7 chairs each, 3 round tables 4 chairs each extra folding chairs in hall closet.There is a full kitchen in the clubhouse with a refrigerator, stove, oven, range, sink, and a microwave that is available for use.

Non-residents are allowed to use the clubhouse at the rate of $600.00 - See Non-Resident Resolution

Reservation Date Restrictions.
January and February 2026 blocked for reservations per CM. Board is considering renovations.
Two (2) reservations are allowed each day, MUST BE one (1) hour between reservations.
How to Get In?
Homeowners use their pool key card, which Brightstar will activate on the day of your reservation.
Is the Pool Included?
No, the pool is not included in your clubhouse reservation.

BOD Meeting - 2nd Thurs. (6pm-9pm)
Social Committee - 3rd Sun. (4pm-6pm)
Sips & Stitches - 3rd Mon. (5pm-9pm)
Daisy Girl Scouts - 1st Mon. (3pm-6pm)
Food Truck Friday - (MAY-OCT) (4pm-8pm)
Special Instructions.
When activating a key card in Alarm.com activate the key card 30 mins before and 30 mins after the scheduled time. After reservation has been completed, please change activation time to 6:30am-11pm
Friday Reservations are allowed during food truck season May-Oct. but H/O must be okay with people coming in and out to use the bathrooms
Bouncy castle allowed but please let homeowners know the irrigation line is right under the surface of the landscaping and if one gets damaged the homeowner is responsible for all repairs associated with it.
Clubhouse Furniture must be put back to Orignial placment after each reservation or it is a $100.00 charge
