Download the Design Review Request Form below, fill out the form, and email the form to hello@brightstarcolorado.com, along with any supporting documents such as drawings, blueprints, etc. to help the Design Review Committee with your approval.

Please submit this form for ALL EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS OR CHANGES as these must be approved by Adonea Metropolitan District No. 2. This is a requirement of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

Once you have downloaded the Design Review Form, please review the Architectural Guidelines for informaiton on what is allowed in the district.
When filling out the form, include as much specific information as possible. Be sure to include:Size/Measurements
Location
Materials to be Used
Color
If your request is for Sheds, Landscaping, Patios, Sidewalks, Pergolas, Hot Tubs or Decks, you are required to submit a plot plan of your proposed changes showing sizes and dimensions.
It is each homeowner's responsibility to obtain construction permits as required by the city in which they live prior to beginning work. -
Email the completed Design Review Form, along with any additional documents, such as blueprints, drawings, paint swatches, etc. to hello@brightstarcolorado.com.
Click the “Submit Form” button above, to send your email submission to Brightstar District Management.
A Brightstar team member will receive and review your request to ensure you have everything needed for your submission. Then your request will be sent on to the Design Review Committee for a decision on the request.
